Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will:

  • Design marketing collateral including ads, landing pages, presentations and sales handouts
  • Manage end-to-end production and deployment of emails including designing, coding, deploying and reporting while working with various internal teams to improve email workflow
  • Assist in testing and analyzing email campaigns to ultimately increase our email marketing success
  • Assist the Email Marketing Manager on developing design and email templates for 2 new product launches in 2017
  • Improve content efforts through creation of original graphics, charts and enriched images

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ yr professional experience in email marketing and graphic/web design
  • Experience building and coding HTML/CSS emails
  • Experience with graphic and web design, particularly Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Dreamweaver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The perfect candidate will also possess:

  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding and visual communication strategies
  • A passion for design creation + development + execution and possess a great sense of layout and composition for conversion-oriented design on multiple devices
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of email coding, best practices, mobile responsive email design & email rendering issues across clients
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget)
  • Experience with analyzing and reporting using Excel and Google Analytics
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases is a plus
